Terms of Service Terms and Conditions: The Shopper Magazines, LLC, dba Eagle Life Magazine, allows businesses to upload information to www.eaglelifemag.com to create an online posting of businesses information, hereinafter referred to as “business profiles”. The following Terms and Conditions set forth the legally binding terms for use of these business profiles. (A) Copyright: You may not post copyrighted materials, trademarks, or any other proprietary information that belongs to others without first obtaining written consent from the legal owner. Violation of copyright laws will constitute termination of your account and loss of the ability to have a business profile. (B) Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the information uploaded to www.eaglelifemag.com is accurate. The Shopper Magazines, LLC is not responsible for any inaccuracies or incorrect content posted on the Eagle Life website. In no event will The Shopper Magazines, LLC be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising from your use of the services on www.eaglelifemag.com. (C) Content/Activity Prohibited: The following is a partial list of the content and activities disallowed from the Eagle Life website. It is at the sole discretion of The Shopper Magazines, LLC to determine what is prohibited and what is deemed prohibited. The uploading of anything prohibited from the website will result in the immediate termination of your account and ability to have a business profile. Content/Activity prohibited includes, but is not limited to: 1. Nudity, violence, or inappropriate material that is deemed offensive, or is illegal. 2. Promotes bigotry, hatred, racism, or physical harm against any group. 3. Harasses or exploits another person in any way. 4. Promotes information that you know is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous. 5. Includes a photograph of another person that you have posted without that person's consent. 6. Includes vulgar language, including cussing, swearing or any other words that are deemed inappropriate. Lack of action by The Shopper Magazines, LLC against a user for content/activity prohibited does not deem it allowed. Action may still be taken against a user for future content/activity that is prohibited. (D) Passwords: You will choose your own password which will allow you to access your business profile only. You are not allowed to access any other business profiles than the ones you create. You are advised to not share your password with a third party. You agree to notify The Shopper Magazines, LLC if you believe there has been unauthorized use of your account. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account. (E) Proprietary Rights: The Shopper Magazines, LLC does not claim ownership to any of the files and/or photos that you upload to www.eaglelifemag.com. You will continue to retain all ownership and copyrights to the content that you upload. The Shopper Magazines, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to edit, refuse to post, or reject any and all uploads to www.eaglelifemag.com. In addition, it reserves the right to terminate anyone’s account and business profile at any time and for any reason. By registering a business at www.eaglelifemag.com, you agree that you are the owner of, or are an authorized agent of, said business. Any unauthorized registrations, postings, or any other illegal activity will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
