Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy and a Prolapsed Mitral Valve are pretty large labels for an infant, but three surgeries and many years later, she has grown into a sweet little girl.  And when her best friend had to move to Florida, it was nearly as devastating for her entire family.  But with the help of the Wishing Star Foundation, Kathryn was able to be reunited with her best friend and enjoy swimming with the dolphins all at the same time.  Photography by Tiffany Hix
